painting is an expression of joy and delight in discovering the traditional
craft based technique of wax-resist dyeing.
The processes involve in the making of this art work revolve around
various techniques and medium. For example, the process will start from wood
carving to design the block and followed by waxing onto the linen. Thereafter,
the dying process takes over. These processes are repeatedly carried out until
the textures are formed. The final outcome will only be revealed after the wax
is removed. The techniques and processes involved in this art creation
symbolize the rhythm and journey of life.
